The Organiser:

General Authority for Investment Promotion and Privatization Affairs

A Libyan government entity established in 2009 by Decree No. 89, headquartered in Tripoli with branches in Benghazi and Misrata. The Authority leads Libya’s investment strategy, attracting both domestic and foreign investors, and shaping privatization policies. It oversees strategic projects and partnerships, offering licenses and incentives to drive economic growth.

Libyan British Business Council (LBBC) is an independent, membership-based association founded in 2004, dedicated to promoting and facilitating trade and investment between the United Kingdom and Libya without engaging in political activity.
